What services do we provide?
We provide humane, safe, natural, and effective goose control using specially trained border collies.
Why Border Collies?
Geese are 'hard wired' to fear foxes and coyotes. Unlike other breeds, border collies look and act like the natural predators geese fear most. Border collies have a predatory crouch, stalk, and stare that they use to move livestock. They creep over the ground silently, which panics geese. While the dogs mean no harm, these mannerisms are very unnerving and the geese will soon move on to a 'predator' free environment.
How does it work?
The trained border collies do not want to hurt the geese. Their job is to drive the geese away. The dogs never have physical contact with the geese. In addition, border collies are silent workers. I will bring my border collie(s) onto your site and they will quietly drive away the geese while being supervised and directed by me.
